Paramax has been designed to provide a fast effective relief from migraine headaches and their associated symptoms. Paramax is also suitable for treating the pain accompanied by gastric stasis or nausea and vomiting. Each Paramax tablet contains 500mg of paracetamol for headaches and pain relief as well as 5mg of metoclopramide, which is for nausea and vomiting.

PARAMAX Dosage

Adults Initial dose 2 tablets followed by 2 tablets every 4 hours if required. Do NOT exceed any more than 6 tablets within 24 hours.

Young Adults aged 15 – 20 years of age Initial dose of 1 - 2 tablets followed by 1 – 2 tablets every 4 hours as required. Do NOT exceed any more than 5 tablets within 24 hours

Children aged 12 – 14 years of age Initial dose 1 tablet followed by one tablet every 4 hours as required. Do NOT exceed any more than 3 tablets within 24 hours.

Children younger than 12 Paramax is not suitable for children of this age range unless so specified by medical advice.

Caution

Prolonged or excessive use can be harmful. Do NOT exceed the stated dose within any 24-hour period. Allow at least 4 hours between doses.
